6-SPEED OVERDRIVE FOR USE IN A 4-SPEED SHOVELHEAD RIGID‑MOUNT FRAME

Convert your old 4-speed Shovelhead to 6-speed.
Custom application, meaning this is not a drop-in part.
It is advised to have a qualified mechnic do the installation.

•Gears and shafts are CNC-machined from materials that exceed 8620 steel.
•Hand-assembled and matched for a 0,0002” tolerance between the shafts.
•Assemblies include natural finish case, chrome trap door, side cover, top cover and hardware.
•All parts are made in the U.S.A. and assembled in JIMS Machining’s technologically advanced facility

ALSO NEEDED :
•87-UP style clutch cable.
•23T or larger offset sprocket for 80-83 early 5-speed or special pulley.
•Offset rear sprocket or special pulley.
•4-speed Shovelhead clutch (tapered shaft with woodruff key).

This kit should only be installed by a knowledgeable and trained motorcycle technician.
