• Can be used on all motorcycles with the mount‑nut and E‑clip‑style (OEM #59768‑97 on 1997 and later H‑D models.

• Comes with a plastic step washer that reduces the hole to a 6.4 mm (1/4”) i.d. for early models with factory weld in fender nuts.
